Each year the Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art Committee selects a scholarship winner. We are always impressed by the high quality of the applicants, and a decision is never easy. After careful discussion and consideration, we are honored to announce Ava Sutton from Shawe Memorial High School as the Winner this year.
