1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Enter online after NOON ET, July 1, 2009 on MadisonChautauqua.com or MadisonArtFest.com. Entries must be received by NOON EST on August 31, 2009. One entry per person or email address.

2. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., 21 years of age and older, except the members of the Madison Chautauqua Committee and employees of the Madison Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Giveaway prize partners or members of their immediate families.

3. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on or about September 1, 2009. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email shortly thereafter. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

4. The winner will receive a getaway for two in Madison, Indiana, during the 2009 Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art held Saturday & Sunday, September 26 & 27, 2009. The prize includes a $75 gift certificate towards dinner at Bistro One and a two-night stay (one room, double occupancy) in the Western Springs Room at the Iron Gate Inn on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, 2009 only. Approximate retail value: $300. All prizes will be awarded.

5. No transfers, substitutions in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Liability for any applicable taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by Sponsors in these rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Sponsors reserve the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes or disqualify any entry in the event of technical impairment by computer virus or otherwise. In the event of early termination, Sponsors will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received at time of termination. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Jefferson County within the State of Indiana.

8. The winner of the 2009 Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art Weekend Getaway Contest will be posted online following the winner’s notification and prize acceptance.
